How do i have a disk outside of the Parity array?

Hi all


 So i have just installed a new disk for my CCTV recording. Now this disk is just going to have a big Vdisk installed on it for a linux VM to record my cctv too. I need to access the disk from the VM section however i do not want the parity disk to "protect" this drive as its constantly written too from the cameras. 

Whats my best bet?
