Weird CPU usage with video, How can i tell what it is?

Hi All


So i have some weird CPU usage going on and i cannot work out whats "using" it. This is the system pretty much idle with only 3 dockers running on idle. Sorry for the poor video but easiest way of doing it. How can i tell whats causing this. CPU is a Xeon E3-1226 v3 @ 3.3ghz with 8GB ECC ram

    install glances app and see what process is using the most cpu.

    Do you have the file integrity plugin running? Noticed that caused a large amount of cpu utilization.
