Web gui not loading after motherboard died

Featured Replies

Hi

Please can you help. last week my motherboard died, its a Asrock c2750d4i with 32gb ram, 7 x 4TB wd red and a 500gb samsung ssd as cach in a silverstone sd380 case. I luckily had a spare board so swapped the boards over. The case is very small im not sure if all the sata cable from the hard drive went back into the same port on the replacement c2750d4i board. After playing around with the BIOS settings I got the new board to boot . Also I was getting the ip address of my unraid server showing up on my router but could not load into the web GUI. So I plug the monitor in and found i could boot into OS gui mode.

I've also made a new usb stick with unraid and this booted fine and the web GUI Works

Ive made a diagnostics file through the command line

I need to know what to do next as i still have a semi working usb and all my hard drives are still O.K but unsure which drive is which. but can't get it to work.

Any suggestions would be a big help Thank you..

Backup the config folder from the original flash drive, redo it and restore the backup, if it still  doesn't work copy the config folder to the new flash drive and request a key replacement.
