Did you run a 24 hour memtst?

Rename your   go   file (in the config  folder/directory) and use the stock go  file from a recent distribution.

Have you checked every setting in BIOS?

brand new . I just bought together with cpu.

99% of the time, you have a hardware problem.  You can determine if you are in the 1% (that don't have hardware issues) by installing unRAID from a distribution download on another flash drive and see if boots up in the trial mode.  If it does boot, you  do not have a hardware issue.

just bought another sandisk flash drive.

the result is same. but i might be 1%like you said. *sadface*

There are other OS environments that boot from USB. Google to find them. You could try one to see if it works.

Did you build out of the case first and boot to make sure your system works?

I'm straight to unraid not test on normal OS (like windows 10) but i think i might try to install on my NVME that i used for cache disk.

Double check that the RAM modules are properly seated.  Also check the the heat sink attachment screws/devices are properly locked down.

You already have a second OS system on your unRAID flash Drive.  It called   'Memtest' and you access it from the boot menu.  See if that boots and runs for couple of  hours at the very  minimum.

I'm just guessing that the last line that stuck is about CMOS setting system time. maybe cmos battery on mainboard cause the problem? . I'm just guessing anyway and it's not total freeze. next line it's shown blinking underscore but nothing go from there. no matter how long i wait. I'm desperate now.  :(

Tell us everything that you have done to isolate this problem.  Which of the suggestions have you tried and what were the result of each one.
