USB Logitech 570e headset passthrough to OSX

I've passed through a USB Logitech H570e headset to a High Sierra vm. The audio is extremely choppy/intermittent. Works great when passed through to Windows 10 vm. Is this going to be a clover fix of some sort? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    I've had issues with audio usb passthrough on osx unless using a passed through port/usb card.
