Can I turn my server on and off on a timer?

I’ve currently got my server running unraid, with Plex and Sonarr running on it, however, the only time we use it is in the evenings, and all the downloads are scheduled to take place at night.

 

Is there anyway I can set an auto timer to turn on and off (and start the array) at certain times - trying to save a bit of electricity!
