Ok so I have crashplan running on UnRaid and it works pretty good.

BUT  I tried to recover some data from my unraid server and it is really slllloooooooowwww

I am getting less than 1 megabit per second from my local unraid server to my local pc restoring files.

Anyone else have this problem?

I did a top on the unraid server and the crashplan java application is only taking 4% of cpu every 10 seconds or so.

Any hints?
