shutdown did not work

I got a fresh install of unRaid on a Dell T20 system.

When Windows was on it it shutdown without issues.

However when I chose shutdown in the unraid GUI it shut down unraid but I heard 2 beeps and the server stays on.

Unraid is not accessible so no choice but to force power off via button.

 

Any suggestions?

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
