Parity Sync / Data Rebuild Issue

Long time user, first time problem!

So I am in a situation where I can't rebuild the array without it throwing a bunch of disk read errors on a drive that is completely accessible (See video at bottom).  I've precleared the replacement drive with no issue and am trying to rebuild.  When I do, I go to sleep with it looking normal and running fine, but when I wake up, it's throwing a ton of disk read errors.  I can still read the files that are on the drive throwing errors perfectly.  Edit: I can list the files, but playing a video or reading a text doc fails.. Hmm.

Also, the drive that runs into disk read errors is not consistent.  This is the second time I've run a rebuild.  The first time, the parity drive was the one throwing all the disk read errors.  The odd thing is it's still trying to rebuild even through the syslog is filled with errors like:

Jul 16 02:52:05 bender kernel: md: disk7 read error, sector=409372992
Jul 16 02:52:05 bender kernel: md: disk7 read error, sector=409373000
Jul 16 02:52:05 bender kernel: md: disk7 read error, sector=409373008
Jul 16 02:52:05 bender kernel: md: disk7 read error, sector=409373016

I'm going to let it finish, and worst case, I lose the data on that drive.  But if anyone has any ideas, I'm open to try anything.  Thanks!

Probably go ahead and ignore this.  Turns out one of my SATA ports straight up died.  Once everything is up and running, I'll see if that was the root cause of my issue or not.

Thanks for responding!
