Docker Service failed to start.

Rebooted my server and seems like docker service won't start. Prior to restarting, I tried to restart one of my docker apps and it gave me an error. Thoughts?

    Delete the docker image (settings - docker).  Reinstall your apps via Apps, Previous apps.  10 min later you should be back in business like nothing happened

    How do I delete the docker image?  I have issues with file paths in my Docker.
