Do you know if it is possible to create links for some videos that I own so that people can directly retrieve these videos stored on my NAS ?

Nextcloud / owncloud?

I do not know these 2 software which would be the most interesting ?

the person who wants to download my video remotely you also need these software?

Owncloud can be run in VM/Docker and it acts as a "Self Hosted Dropbox" or Cloud Service.

Would require some Networking Knowledge, but should only Require Port Forwarding for Basic use..
