VM windows Server 2003

Hey guys im having a problem i have an old server that i covnerted it to VM and in has been running good but i want to load it to my UnRaid server and have it run there. i can get it too boot but it crashs the min windows start to load.. i have a feeling its my be the "SCSI drvier" but im not sure what do change to get ti to boot. here the XML file of VMware and the XML from Unraid.. many be some one knows something. thank you.
