Unassigned Drive vs Array for Steam games

Hi,

 

Good day! Where would be a better (in terms of speed) place to save Steam games? Also can I cache unassigned drives?

    Unsure why you would this. Might aswell keep Drive inside the PC for that use case,

     

    I would create a Share and then set to use "Cache Drive" for the best option.

    @Stan464I want the games to be updated always and I turn off my main computer. I also have a Gaming VM which uses the games for Steam Link/Nvidia Stream.
