July 25, 20187 yr i need some help im soso with linux so any help would be appreciated. Currently im having a problem with my cache drive see screenshot below. i have tried replacing the cache drives with others i have and i still get the unmountable error. i have tried booting into maintenance mode and running the repair and it said it had no errors.
July 25, 20187 yr Author i should mention this started happening earlier in the week after a power outage. i used to have 2 SSDs in raid 1 i have since removed one thinking it might have been the issue but now it seems to be more along the lines of anything assigned to cache.
July 26, 20187 yr Author please see attached diagnostics. also from some of my searching i noticed a lot people had issue cleared up by replacing drive with precleared drive i just tried that and it didnt work. when i preclear i had selected the erase and clear option it took over a day to run....should note after i hit format drive as well it looks like the format starts but quits shortly after unraid-plex-diagnostics-20180725-2141.zip Edited July 26, 20187 yr by zarken
July 26, 20187 yr Community Expert Syslog is flooded with wrong csrf_token errors and preclear PHP warnings, close any stale browsers open, removed the preclear plugin and reboot, then try to format cache and post new diags.
July 26, 20187 yr Community Expert If you want before doing that you can try clearing the SSD with blkdiscard and see if it works, (you shouldn't used preclear on SSDs). blkdiscard /dev/sdX Replace X with correct identifier.
July 26, 20187 yr Author ok i tried the blkdiscard /dev/sdi it didnt work. i removed preclear heres the new diag unraid-plex-diagnostics-20180726-1933.zip
July 27, 20187 yr Community Expert Strange, cache is formatting correctly, change cache slots to 1 and see if it mounts, if not please post new diags after trying.
July 28, 20187 yr Author thanks for help i ended up just wiping the unraid flash drive and starting fresh. it worked perfectly after that.
