Flickering with gpu passthrough (Strix GTX 1080)

Hey there.  Had to make a forum account because I keep tripping up over this and haven't found a solution.  I've set up a gpu passthrough for a Windows 10 (Build 1803) with my Strix (A8G model) GTX 1080, and while the game performance is actually pretty respectable, I get weird flickering lines of fuchsia as well as horizontal white lines on occasion.  I had followed the previous listed guide as far as dumping the bios and implementing it through the xml template.

 

If anyone has any advice it would be appreciated.  This would be so I can run Unraid on my desktop as well as my server, and I'm testing it through the trial just to make sure I can get things to work the way I need.  (Really don't want to run Windows baremetal anymore.)
