DHCP problems with network bonding for Linux and Windows VM's

Since I changed my network port to make a bonding I have trouble to get a network connection via DHCP. In my Ubuntu machine I changed to static and that seems to work. My Windows 10 machine has sometimes an ip but loses the network connection after some time. I tired to change the driver to e1000 without succes..... Any suggestions?
