How do i setup OwnCloud as a server and client on the the same server or is there a better option.

So I plan to install a 2tb HDD as an Unassigned Device and use it for OwnCloud.

 

This OwnCloud only purpose will be to backup my Photos off my Array of drive on the same server. (I have had a dead drive in my array and Lost half my photo even after the rebuild)

 

My question is how could i set up the OwnCloud as both the server and a client on the same system, or is there a better Docker?

Eventually I might add other drives to back up other devices.
