jumpnjet22 Posted August 15, 2018 Share Posted August 15, 2018 (edited) Hi I was looking in to getting the LSI SAS 9211-8i looking at the reviews they said that this card does not support spin down of the hard drive. Chrysen Posted August 15, 2018 Share Posted August 15, 2018 You can flash this card to new IT mode Firmware, (with dos usb or uefi usb stick) and if your server wont boot, or the LSI Card wont work try to tape pin 5+6 on front.
