Rebuilding array and parity after flash-drive failure

So I recently got unraid about 2 months ago. I was working on backing things up and backed up my cache and other drives. I never backed up my flashdrive. Well it failed and I got a new flashdrive, transferred over my key and booted it up. I did not know what my partiy drive was so  I added all drives to be data drives and one showed up as unmountable (my parity drive). I now want to make that my parity drive but I cant figure out how to. I keep getting "to many missing disks" when I try to move it. I included a picture of what im trying to do.
