How to monitor docker and plugin internet usage?

Something on my server is hammering my downstream at times and I can't find a way to pinpoint what docker or plugin it is.  Is there a way to find out?

 

On my pfSense router I can see traffic per IP, but I'm struggling to find a way to see traffic per port which would help me poinpoint the culprit.
