How can I change the forum theme?

I know that the dark themes are popular, but the older I get the harder it is for me to read white letters on a black background. How can I switch to the white theme?

There is no option for that at this time, but it is something we can consider to develop in the future.

Don't leave it too much into the future. Rule #1 for forums is to consider one light and one dark theme - else a significant percent of the users will be unhappy. I do co-own a commercial web site, and of the active customers there is a very wide spread between people using a light or a dark theme. Having just one alternative always results in bad feedback so when we update the layout we request that the designer prepares light/dark from the beginning.

 

By the way - I have always liked dark themes with orange. So this seems to be a very good dark theme. Just that it should be complemented with a lighter friend.

Very hard for some, like me, to read white on black.
