error on page rendering with Safari 11.1.2

Hey guys noticing a rendering error on webpage when using Safari 11.1.2 on MacOS 10.13.6

when clicking Username in the top right corner the "My Activity" link is displayed twice, doesnt seem to affect Chrome on same system

    I think you're right its showing like that in Chrome now too
