Is it possible to boot unraid with m.2??????

No. The unRAID license requires a GUID from a USB flash drive. And unRAID doesn't really use the flash drive very much.

On boot, the OS is unpacked fresh from the archives on flash into RAMfs. So all of the OS files are actually used in RAM instead of on the flash. Saved configuration information is also read into RAM on boot, and flash is only written when you make some configuration change.

Many of us have been using the same flash for years. It doesn't wear out because it gets little use by unRAID.
