September 7, 20187 yr Hey, I'm almost hesitant to post my diagnostics because the last 48 hours have been a bit of a shitstorm, but.... I've got one lingering issue that won't go away.  It started when I had a drive die and I went to pull it and replace. For some reason unassigned devices started throwing errors and the system wouldn't stop the array and then some unclean reboots later, its having a hard time finding the new drives and I freaked a bit. Well, the drive came back, i had the parity rebuild and things started moving along. However, I think in all the terrible activities, the ssd cache caught a few problems and now I have some checksum errors and weird problems showing up across my docker containers that I'm thinking are attached to ssd fs problem.  So how do I go about fixing the 2 csum errors that I have now? Do I need to pull the ssd, copy the files and reformat? New cache drive? manky-dreadful-diagnostics-20180906-2140.zip Thanks for any help Edited September 8, 20187 yr by noja Solved the issue!
September 7, 20187 yr Community Expert Looks like metadata corruption, since only one device can't be fixed, backup data, format, restore data.
September 8, 20187 yr Author Yep - so far the reformat appears to have fixed my issue! One happy side effect is that my docker containers appear to be working better and faster than before my issues started. Or at least I'm getting the extracting/pull complete functions done quicker than before.   Thanks again @johnnie.black
