September 7, 20187 yr Author If I connect it using B-Key slot on the adapter card (also requires a SATA cable attached) UnRaid recognizes the SSD. However trying to run it as a PCIe SSD, UnRaid doesn't Recognize it. It's recognized by the BIOS either way as an SSD Drive.
September 7, 20187 yr Community Expert M.2 is either SATA or PCIe, it can't be both, if SATA it will only work connect to a SATA port, though there are some PCIe adapters that include a dual port SATA controller and can usually take a couple of SATA M.2 devices, but they are still SATA, not PCIe.
