I'm used to using the US english layout for these, but since there are a lot of languages options, including Portuguese-Brazil please also add Portuguese-Portugal since it's completely different.

I will second that. It may sound like its the same language, but Brazilian Portuguese and European Portuguese is quite different.

Any timeline for this to be implemented? Or any way to give access to the files maybe the community can help edit one of the other languages files and adapt to pt-pt?

 

EDIT:

For anyone interested I found a temporary solution.

 

If you edit the XLM file from:

keymap='pt-br'

to:

keymap='pt'

 

Seems to get the pt-pt keyboard layout if just seems to be incomplete (maybe it's already being implemented and not finished?)

 

For me I only detected these keys missing:

~^ key

´` key

5 numeric pad key

 

Usualy I write in english for work so these keys missing don't bother me this much.

 

But for someone writing a document in Portuguese these keys are used quite a lot.

 

Any help the community can provide just ask!

Bumping this up, this is annoying me since i started to use unraid a few weeks ago, specially trying to write file paths, our "/" is "shift + 7" for example

I'm waiting for the same. It is so hard to implement? First request Setember 2018? 😕
