Add option for adding unmap to VM SCSI controller

To keep the vdisk as small as possible, as this FAQ entry explains, add option to add "unmap" when the SCSI controller is in use, maybe by default since I believe there aren't any drawbacks, or a checkbox if there are, so it's easier for users to change this.
