September 14, 20187 yr Hi i have a problem after updating to the latest version. web interface has stopped working, but I see attached drives and are working. Sometimes after the unraid restart, the web interface will be displayed for a few minutes. What's the problem with?
September 14, 20187 yr Community Expert Use either SSH or the console and login into the server via command line. Type diagnostics on the command line. That will write the Diagnostics file to the logs folder/directory on your Flash Drive.
September 14, 20187 yr Community Expert I am no expert on diagnosing system errors but I had a look at your syslog files. You have a lot of segfault errors in them. A quick Google indicates that this is often a memory problem. I would suggest that you reboot and run a memtst on your memory for at least 24 hours unless you have ECC memory. (Memtst will never find a problem in ECC memory...)
