Before purchasing, i need to know if Unraid always does a key check over the internet before booting the array. 

I am currently testing in demo mode and trying to us a VM as my main router and DHCP server, which works, until i reboot the UnRaid box. When Unraid boots it tries to phone home and do a key check and fails, and wont spin up the VM to start the network router. Catch 22.

I need to know if this kind of behavior exists once i pay for a license and it starts and boots without doing a key check.

    Only Trial needs the internet for key check.  Paid keys do not.
