I've been 4.5 beta4 since its release with no issues. I am about to upgrade but before I do, I am currently using the 2 following tweaks, and I wonder if they are still required:

You should still use those tweaks if you find them useful.

 

Setting the 2048 buffer size is not as important as it once was.  Currently unRAID sets it to 1028, a value they think is appropriate.

 

You can see if 2048 works better for you but the major improvement is the change from the old 256 value in the older releases.
