LaVerte Posted September 26, 2018 Share Posted September 26, 2018 Hello Everyone I'm strugling to install W10 on a pass through pcie nvme drive (samsung 960) once I am on the windows set up page and i click install i got this error : "we couldn't create a partition or locate an existing one" I tried to load the virtio driver but I am pretty sure it is useless. Any idea how i could fix this issue ? Thanks Link to comment

LaVerte Posted September 27, 2018 Author Share Posted September 27, 2018 Hi everyone Everything is allright now on the nvme side of town i just needed spaces_win_clover. as the first vdisk Really weird since spaceinvader said that is not required anymore on the forum, The new issue now is the graphic card having error 43 I already followed the space invader tutorial about GPU pass through (rom dump and hex editor) the graphic card display windows very well but only one screen and give the error 43 My vm got hyper v enabled and i know it can be a issue sometime but when i change the setting it always comeback ! LaVerte Posted September 27, 2018 Author Share Posted September 27, 2018 Well Again find the solution but i like to keep record on the forum for anyone in the same situation Once you started a vm some settings are locked (I am sure for good reasons) When this happen the only solution is to recreate the vm and put the settings you want.
