I am getting these warning messages pretty much daily and am not sure what is triggering them and, more importantly, what they mean to the health and stability of my system.

 

Unraid Cache 2 SMART health [197]: 27-09-2018 22:50
Warning [TOWER2] - current pending sector is 1
CT1000MX500SSD1_1826E145C2E0 (sde)

 

and then:

 

Unraid Cache 2 SMART message [197]: 27-09-2018 21:19
Notice [TOWER2] - current pending sector returned to normal value
CT1000MX500SSD1_1826E145C2E0 (sde)

    It's a known issue with the MX500, just ignore, hopefully Crucial will release a firmware update to fix that.

    I have this issue with my MX500 1TB on Unraid 6.6.3.  Not clear on how it impacts the system perofrmance but i havent seen any issues yet.
