New to this so be patient with me.

I just got a Dell R710 server with the 4 port nic card.

Tested all 4 ports as well as had them all connected at once. 

I do get link light and some activity.

I just installed Unraid for the first time and it loads up with no issues.

I am using a usb drive.

I am unable to connect to it via web console on another pc.

The ip address changes all the time after reboot and is not in my network address scheme

I have changed my network.cfg file and still no good.

I am able to log into the root.

Bios-all the nics are set to enable.

When the pc starts it looks like I have a good IP address 10.0.0.120 but when undriven starts up I get 168.254.xxx.xxx and that is not in my range.

 

Looking for ideas?
