September 30, 20187 yr Hi Y'all, 1st off I'm rather intrigued by this UNRaid software, had never heard of it before up until on LTT (Linus Tech Tips) with his 2 user and 7 user on 1 rig. So i decided to make a 2 User 1 PC setup of my own. I plan on using x2 250Gb SSD for Cache drives and x2 1Tb HDD for Array. I'll install 2 windows VMs each with 100Gb size. Given the Cache drives will be in Raid1, question is are the capacities of the SSDs enough or will the data be written over to the HDD drives? And also which is the best Remote connection software to use to connect to the VMs given each VM will have a GTX 1080 GPU as it's graphics card.
