How to delete VM

The first question is how do you delete a VM.  I created a windows 10 VM, and I'm trying to delete it through the web interface.  All I get is a set of red spinning arrows, and then it goes to a square icon indicating the VM is stopped.  Is there something I'm missing, or can this only be done through SSH?  Does the cache drive have to be synced?  Also, where would I find the correct log file, I can't seem to find anything relevant.
