Dockers Not Downloading or Updating -- SOLVED

For the last month I have been unable to update my dockers. In trying to see if uninstall and reinstall would work I have found that it ends with "command failed". I have uninstalled community applications, reinstalled. I am running unraid 6.5.1 and use Sonarr, Radarr, Deluge-vpn, SABnzb, and Plex
