Remove one SSD from cache pool

I currently have 3 256GB SSDs in my cache pool

I would like to remove one of them from the pool and just use 2 cache drives in the pool

 

Is there a way to do this and make sure that any data on the drive I am going to remove from the pool does not have any files on it?
