October 4, 20187 yr i searched a bit but didn´t find a good answer. I have a very good pc(i7-4790k GTX1080 etc) and think about running unraid on it and use it still as my main pc. So when i want to play or work starting a vm and go for it. 1. i must pass through my GPU so unraid can´t use it right? want to use it for plex de/encoding too. 2. I must select cpu cores/threads to the vm. when i map all cores/threads to my vm can docker container use it too or are they disabled then ? 3. can unraid detect my m.2 ssd ? 4. how about performance at gaming rendering etc in the vm?
