I have a 3 TB drive that failed today,  I'd like to replace it with a larger size drive, but all my drives are 3 TB including the parity drive.

 

Can I replace the failed 3 TB with a 6 TB drive even though my Parity drive is 3 TB?  Then after it rebuilds the data on the new drive I will change the Parity drive with a 6 TB drive?

 

Or am I stuck to replacing the failed drive with another 3 TB drive?
