I moved a file before it had finished downloading

I was downloading a file using Filezilla and assuming it had finished I moved the file to another directory using Krusader, when I opened up Filezilla I realised the file wasn't done downloading, but when I went back to the directory there was no file there, so where was Filezilla writing to and how do I delete this invisible file.
