olders going to cache drive - but no cache active

This is the second time I have seen this.  The check for errors process reported files on the cache drive but cache not active for the share.

First time was a few days ago for my movies share.

Today was for the TV share.

In both cases they were large copies to the same from my windows PC.

I don't have cache drive set to YES for any shares, specially not these two shares, never have.

Dont know if it is the update that is causing this - but not seen it before.

I just krusader the stuff back to where it should be and del the folders from the cache drive to fix.

Any idea the cause ?

What was the source of the copy / move?  The Windows box, or another share on unRaid?  How were you copying / moving?

Hi - The windows box was the source.

Would need to see the diagnostics to confirm what you're saying here.

It is so rare that I copy from Windows now - I will monitor for this next time more closely.
