October 12, 20187 yr Unfortunately the diagnostics are from after a reboot so it is not possible to see what lead up to this issue occurring (ideally you should get them before doing the reboot). Your diagnostics show that disk4 is not being seen at all by the system, while disk2 is being seen with a different serial number! Not sure what could cause the serial number change, but it is possible disk4 has really failed. i would suggest that you check the power/SATA cabling and that the HBA is firmly seated in the motherboard to see if this rectifies any of the problems.
October 12, 20187 yr Check if the missing disks are being detected in the bios, when they are they will also be detected by Unraid, also take the opportunity to change the SATA controller from IDE to AHCI.
