October 12, 20187 yr Hi. I want to replace my USB Key and do a fresh new install. Is there a way to do this without reformatting disks and losing media. I want to keep the current downloaded media I have on the disks but I want to do a new install. These disks were used with the previous Unraid installation.

No, as long as you assign them correctly in the initial config, i.e., just make sure you don't assign an old data drive to the parity slot, but note that any drives added later to the array (after the first array start) will be cleared.
October 12, 20187 yr Author I already replaced the key but I didn't assign any drives yet. I know I should gave waited... Is there a way to go on the original key now and find out the drive assignments?
