This PS has 3 12v rails ... not the greatest for ease of use for many multiple drive unRAID boxes, but could definitely be used

I would suspect only 1 of the three 12 volt rails is used for the MOLEX and SATA power connectors.  That would give, at best 22 Amps.  (Good for 7 or 8 drives, but NOT for a 20 drive array)
