Hello,

 

I would like to know if there would be any reason why a video capture card would not be performing correctly. It is installed, the license works perfectly, it captures for about a few minutes and then it drops some frames. I am recording directly to an external NAS so it is not the data throughput. I also have tried it on a local SSD and it doesn't work.

 

Would anyone have any suggestions please?
