Odd Drive issue

Okay, 

My server is a older HP G6

Quad core Xeon

32 GB DDR 3 ECC

ASmedia 4port SATA Controller PCIEx4 W/

1x WD Black 6TB

3x WD Blue 1TB

W.E. HP onboard 5port SATA Controller W/

1x SanDisk SSD 32gb

P4XX Raid Control W/

4x 500gb HP SAS 

4x 146gb HP SAS

 

Ok the issue now... I use my WDB as a Parity

But after 2 11hr sessions after adding my new 500GB SAS drives my drive will "check out all okay" I reboot and it's like the drive is dead to he world. Unraid wants me to format it and it fails Everytime. So I pulled it and hit it with a DBAN one pass (that was my second attempt) all checked out reboot and same issue.. 22 hours down the drain.

 

HELP ME PLEASE!

 

EDIT:

I pulled the 6TB and stuck a 1tb 2.5" Samsung in there in the mean time. But if anyone has any ideas i have 2 other racks that are "unused" i can experiment with.
