Physical Soundcard Passthrough - Need to pass through a whole IOMMU group

Hello all, I hope I can find some help.

 

I purchased a small, inexpensive sound card in the hopes of getting it to pass through easily to my VM. The onboard sound did not work and I ended up having to do some nasty editing. I purchased the sound card and it appears that there are two devices that it needs to be passed through:

  

IOMMU group 16:	[1b21:1080] 03:00.0 PCI bridge: ASMedia Technology Inc. ASM1083/1085 PCIe to PCI Bridge (rev 04)
	[13f6:0111] 04:00.0 Multimedia audio controller: C-Media Electronics Inc CMI8738/CMI8768 PCI Audio (rev 10)

Both of these appear to be on the sound card. All the instructions I see online seem to be for just passing through one item in an IOMMU group, not the entire group. How would I go about this?
