October 22, 20187 yr Should I have posted this here since it's only in trial mode still? 21 hours ago, Spladge said: amun-diagnostics-20181021-2237.zip FCPsyslog_tail.txt amun-diagnostics-20181021-2232.zip amun-diagnostics-20181021-2157.zip
October 22, 20187 yr Can you update to 6.6.3 and see if the problem persists?Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
October 23, 20187 yr Author Thank you jonp. I can't update because can't boot and USB is now unreadable, I have found the problem to be a failed ram stick. What I have done is created a new USB drive, copied my backed up files from the old boot disk and can now start up, however trial has now expired and I can't see how to extend the trial with a new USB so I count mount my array. Is there an easy way to do this? Edited October 23, 20187 yr by Spladge
October 23, 20187 yr Unfortunately there is no support for moving a trial configuration from one flash device to another. Your choices are to reconfigure the new flash stick from scratch (drive assignments, etc) or you can simply purchase a registration key and you can use your existing configuration then with the new flash. October 23, 20187 yr No problem! Sorry I didn't have a better answer for you, but for somewhat obvious reasons it would be problematic if we allowed trial key transfers. OK, thank you very much for your time jonp, much appreciated.Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
October 23, 20187 yr Author Totally understand. I of course have the choice to run another OS for a week to see if memory fails again but since I am happy with the product and can transfer the paid licence I'll go ahead and purchase. Thanks again.
