Intel I219-v Disconnecting/Reconnecting

Featured Replies

I upgraded my Unraid server recently with an ASUS Prime H370M-Plus/CSM. It has the aforementioned ethernet adapter. I've noticed that several times per day it seems to disconnect and then reconnect a couple seconds later. It appears that it might be happening when the system is under load.

Has anyone else experienced this? I have an Intel PRO/1000 PT adapter that I can put in there if I need to. Just want to know if anyone else has had this experience with the I219-v?

I'd try a different cable and switch port first.

I did both and I was still getting disconnects. I ended up putting the Intel PCIe adapter in and I haven’t gotten any disconnects since.
