i just add a second parity drive (new) and i receive alert by unraid server 

 

And please find the status file

 

should i replace the drive asap? i just bought it to amazon.

Good luck then. If you refuse to provide the information we need to evaluate your situation, then you may not get the best advice possible.

 

Based on the sparse bit that you have posted, the drive is going bad and should be replaced.

Several of the files contained in the diagnostics file are needed to make a determination. I'm just guessing based on the very little you shared.
